Happy Halloween
For Southern California, winds are expected to resolve by Sunday, as a blocking high sets up which should keep us calm into mid-November—though unfortunately that will keep us dry as well.
The good news is a possible pattern shift is appearing on long-range models, which may bring some rain to Northern California around the second half of November. For now, I wish you a happy and hopefully very non-scary Halloween.
